Not completely happy? Return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, with proof of purchase.

Email kelitascork@gmail.com with your order number and the item. We'll reply with instructions. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Local customers can return in person at our showroom by appointment.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are not refunded.

Exchange for a piece of equal value. For a different value, we'll refund or invoice the difference.
