- Submit your order and receive a confirmation with your estimated fulfillment timeline.
- Receive your order and introduce Kelita's Cork to your customers.
Fulfillment & Lead Times
At Kelita's Cork, every piece is crafted with intention. Lead times depend on inventory.
In-Stock Items: Ships within 3–8 business days of order confirmation.
Made-to-Order Items: Approximately 2–3 weeks, possibly longer depending on order volume and production schedule.

Wholesale Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
Wholesale pricing is available to registered boutiques, retailers, and resellers only. By placing a wholesale order, you confirm that you are purchasing for the purpose of resale.
2. Bundle Selection
All bundle selections must be made from Kelita's Cork's current in-stock catalog at the time of order. Available styles, colors, and quantities are subject to change. Core bundle items are limited to hats, handbags, crossbody bags, and backpacks.
3. Add-On Discount
A flat 15% discount is applied to all eligible cork accessories (jewelry, notebooks, and other cork accessories) added to a qualifying bundle order. Hats are excluded from the add-on discount category, as they are part of the core bundle selection. The add-on discount is only available in conjunction with a bundle purchase and cannot be applied to standalone accessory orders.
4. Pricing & Payment
All wholesale prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). Full payment is required at the time of order. Pricing is subject to change without notice; however, confirmed orders will be honored at the price quoted at the time of purchase.
5. Shipping
Shipping is included in all bundle prices. Orders are shipped within the continental United States. International shipping inquiries may be directed to our wholesale team directly.
6. Lead Times
Fulfillment timelines are estimated and not guaranteed. Kelita's Cork will make every effort to meet the stated lead times; however, production delays, material availability, and order volume may affect fulfillment dates. Customers will be notified promptly of any changes to their estimated ship date.
7. No Returns or Exchanges
All wholesale orders are final. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, Kelita's Cork does not accept returns or exchanges on wholesale orders. In the event of a defective or damaged item upon delivery, please contact us within 5 business days of receipt with photographic documentation for resolution.
8. Reorders
Reorders are welcome and may be placed at any time. Reorder minimums and pricing will be communicated at the time of inquiry.
9. Resale & Brand Representation
Wholesale buyers agree to represent the Kelita's Cork brand with integrity. Unauthorized discounting below the suggested retail price, misrepresentation of the brand, or use of Kelita's Cork branding without written permission is strictly prohibited.
